OFFICIAL INVITATION
We are pleased to invite all Aero clubs of FAI to participate in the Space models world cup competition.
DATE OF THE COMPETITION
20.06. -21.06. 2009
PLACE OF THE COMPETITION
The competition will take place in the airpark (airport) Žadovinek near town Krško.
CATHEGORIES
S4A (Boost Glider Duration Models 0 to 2.5 NS)
S6A (Streamer Duration Models - 0 to 2.5 NS)
S8E/P (Rocket Glider Duration and Precision Landing Models)
S9A (Gyrocopter Duration Models - 0 to 2.5 NS)
3 RD PARTY INSURANCE
All competitors and visitors participate on their own responsibility (risk). Organiser will not take the responsibility for any accident, damage or injury, caused by the models. All competitors are responsible for any accident, damage or injury caused by their models.
ENTRY FORMS
All the participants are kindly requested to confirm the participation at the contest on the entry forms enclosed with this material. Deadline for the preliminary check-in is 15th June, 2009 (to e-mail: [email protected] ). After this date we will not be able to assure you a proper accommodation.
ENTRY FEE
Entry fee is 35 EUR for each participant. It covers the organising costs and other materials, sport trophies and free camping on the competition place.
PROTESTS
Protests are possible in one - hour period after each category in writing along with 35 EUR protest fee.
PAYMENT
In cash at the arrival (for the entry fee, accommodation and other orders).
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Valid license of FAI for 2009.
CONTEST RULES
The international rules of sporting code FAI effective since 1st January 2009.
CLASSIFICATION
Juniors and seniors will be judged together. Competitors on first three places will be awarded with sport trophies and diplomas.
ACCOMMODATION
Free camping is possible at the premises. Please bring all camping equipment with you. Further informations about hotels and apartments will be sent to you later, but you can contact or email us for more informations.
BANQUET
15 EUR for person incuded awarding ceremony, warm supper and some drink.
