Opozorilo: Hitec 79?? servo motorji imajo napake

Vsi, ki imate Hitec 79?? servo motorje malo preverite njihovo delovanje

Hitec je že priznal, da gre za napako in jo bodo baje popravili. Pri meni tu in tam trzata 2 servo motorja 7955 od 5 komadov, ki so v letalu. Trza pa samo, ko na servo ni velike obremenitve. Če se servo obremeni potem trzanje preneha.
Če Hitec tega ne bo popravil potem so to zadnji Hitec servo motorji, ki sem jih kdaj kupil in imam jih kar nekaj. Sicer obstaja možnost, da si to popravim doma, ker že obstaja popravek, vendar nočem lotat po servo motorju dokler ne vidim kako se bo to izšlo z Hitecom.

A ta serija tud neki serje serija 56xx ma baje velik mrtvi hod, serija 79xx trza, kaj pol sploh kupt (kitajca sej veš da bo trzu al kaj ...).
Tak na hiter zgleda da so regulacijo okrog ničle nastavili probčutljivo in prehitro, pol pa se lovi okrog ničle, pa v resonanco pade. A programator za serve nebi pomagu, pomoje bi pomagal da si nulto pozicijo mal po svoje spedenaš.

Jaz sem za smer uredil tako, da sem malo bolj napel žice in se je uredilo.
Sem pa opazil, da mi ena višina tu in tam trzne ko sem spodaj. V zraku pa nisem občutel nobenega trzljaja. Sicer pa trza samo, ko pustiš ročko na miru.

Na uradni strani od hiteca so napisali da se te težave pojavijo pri napajanu s 2 lipo celicah. Pri minimalnem bremenu zaradi visoke resolucije in rahlega lufta v zobnikih, in da ko je servo enkrat obremenjen težave izginejo.

Customers have noticed that these high resolution servos have a tendency to jitter when using 7.4 volt power packs and a minimal load is applied. This is due to the high resolution circuit adjusting for slight position variances in the gear teeth. This usually only occurs with minimal loads, for example, when the plane is on the ground in a static position. Once airborne the servo experiences flying loads and the issue resolves itself and should not impact on the flying experience.

In some cases, when using the 7940/45/50’s in applications that require a very long extension, they may randomly jump (glitch) when powered by 2S LiPo/Li-Ion batteries. Although this may occur with many systems, it is most commonly found when using JR/Spektrum type RX’s, especially the Power Safe versions. We have discovered that due to the resistance in long extension wires, the signal voltage drops, thus causing the issue. We recommend that only high-quality, twisted, 22-guage, high strand count, gold connector extensions be used. In the event that this does not resolve the problem, there are a few options. The use of a signal line booster like that made by Spektrum, and soon to be available by Hitec, resolves the issue in almost all cases. Another option is to solder a .22 tantalum capacitor between +/- on the extension. These solutions are typically only needed when using Li-Po/Li-Ion batteries to lower the voltage below 7 volts and is not needed when using 5-cell NiCd/NiMH or LiFe batteries.
We are aware that these are high voltage servos designed to operate at the maximum voltage allowed for maximum performance. However, to accommodate some radio systems, steps may be required to assure the above issue will not occur. Hitec apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and is working on a series of new Ultra Heavy Duty extensions (with and without boosters) that will resolve this issue.

Saj težave izginejo, ko ga malo obremeniš samo nevem če ni to samo nek izgovor za Hitec. Malo preberi na flyinggiantsu in boš videl, da je nekaj narobe z vezjem na servo motorju. Če zamenjaš potenciometer si dober za nekaj poletov. Potem za zopet problemi.
Poglej moj video. Sumim, da je zaradi tega trzanja šel po gobe potenciometer. To pa sumim zato, ker trza samo v določeni točki servo motorja.
Jaz sem vedno moje servoje napajal z 5.9V. To samo nakladajo da so težave z 7.4V. Do težav pride tudi z manjšo voltažo.
Glede signal voltage pa tudi ne more biti res, ker imam smer priklopljeno direkt na powerbox brez podaljška. Višine pa imam na podaljšku in ne trzajo veliko. Tu in tam za milimeter gor in dol. Sedaj pa nevem ali je to normalno ali pa ne. Je pa res, da ima moj powerbox vgrajene ojačevalce signala.

Smer sem rešil trzanja z uporabo ježka. Baje je to že stara rešitev, ki sem jo našel komaj včeraj.

No sedaj pa še JR 8711 servo motorji. Baje imajo enake potenciometre kot 79?? serija od hiteca.

Par let nazaj sem videl kako takole trzajo vrhunski superdragi Futaba digitalci, pa o tem nisem zasledil nobene debate po forumuh, ali pa sem jo zgrešil
Popravljanje v nulo je pri takih digitalcih pač precej agresivno, ko nastane nekaj zračnosti v zobeh, potem v neobremenjenem stanju, pač vsaka malenkost izzove resonanco.
A ko je servo obremenjen, ponavadi ve kam mora tiščat in običajno takrat dela in da mir.
Popravljanje v nulo je pri takih digitalcih pač precej agresivno, ko nastane nekaj zračnosti v zobeh, potem v neobremenjenem stanju, pač vsaka malenkost izzove resonanco.
A ko je servo obremenjen, ponavadi ve kam mora tiščat in običajno takrat dela in da mir.
Kaj bo, ko se razve, da so nekatere kopije že boljše od originalov???
Ja takšne super drage od Futabe je imel kolega pripravljene oz. že kupljene da jih namontira na EF yaka 54 110", pa so tako trzali pa iskali nulo, da človek ni mogu verjet očem, kolk sm slišu so potem baje odkrili da so to neki hudo fini (brusshles) servoti samo za helikopterje se mi zdi....Cena komada mislim da okoli 140€....Brane napisal/-a:Par let nazaj sem videl kako takole trzajo vrhunski superdragi Futaba digitalci, pa o tem nisem zasledil nobene debate po forumuh, ali pa sem jo zgrešil
